I sent Bob Saget an Alpine 9813 a few months ago. The deal was that he was supposed to send me 2 decks and 10 feet of 1/0 wire. The alpine was in 100% working order when it left for shipping. The deck was shipped via ups and was insured. The deck arrived and Bob seemed happy with it. He installed it, but didn't test it for 2 days. He then says the cd player doesn't work on it. Mind you this is several months after the deck was first shipped. It is now too late to file a usps claim due to the fact that Bob Saget waited as long as he did to test the deck. He finally sends one deck and claims won't complete the rest of the deal. I either want a 100% working Alpine 9813 back, or he can complete the rest of the deal and send me the other head unit and the wire.

The deal involved me and bob, but I decided to have the equipment shipped to mossberg because I owed him some equipment. that is why the messages are to and from him.

Here is my proof.

Probably not, but I did nothing wrong, I have a large amount of proof, and I deserve everything I am owed.

Here's my take on the subject.

First, Bob claimed that he took the day off on the 7th to pick up the Kenwood from home and ship it, and pick up the Alpine from the post office. I asked him how he could have tested the Alpine before sending the Kenwood, since he was claiming that he knew the Alpine was dead before sending the Kenwood...

Bob turned it around and said that he didn't ship until the 16th. But didn't Bob just say he took the day off on the 7th to ship the Kenwood? Not only did he lie about that, but it took him another nine days to do so?

In my opinion, if someone is so busy that they need to take a day off work to get something done (two months after the Alpine was sent to him, no less) then there is no excuse for why Bob shouldn't have been able to test the Alpine that was sent to him, and ship the Kenwood the same day. I don't know about you Bob, but I don't wait nine days to ship an item.

Bob is not only a poor seller, but a liar it seems...and he deleted the old thread in the Thunderdome, for what? To delete the incriminating evidence I provided against him? Sketchy...
