BMW Stealthbox PLEASE HELP

I have a 2006 BMW 330i. I installed a JL Audio Stealthbox with a JL Audio 750/1 HD. Did a line drop with the JL Audio speaker wire to RCA product (can not find the exact part). I tied in the line drop into the factory Harman Kardon subwoofer speaker lines. It literally sounds terrible.. No low bass at all. Any help?

did you tap into the wire to the sub before or after the factory amp?

I tapped into the leads that are going to the two subwoofers located under the front seats.
