BMW E36 Viper 5901 window issue

I just installed my new Viper 5901 security system and it works great, with the exception of one thing.. the windows roll up and down together, whether you open the other door or not. My car is a two door coupe, which means when you open the door the window rolls down about 1/4", and then rolls back up after you shut the door. the problem now is, both windows roll down and up at the same time, which they should not do. Anyone have this issue, and if so, what was the fix?

sounds like a need for a diode.

you need to diode isolate your door triggers.
