Bluetooth pair to Kenwood DNX574s question

Hey guys, just got a Kenwood DNX574s and it strangely won't pair to my late model Samsung Galaxy. I've paired this phone to other HUs, but this one is a no-go. I have to "search" for Bluetooth devices multiple times on the phone before it will finally recognize the Kenwood, and when I hit "pair", it thinks for a while and then gives me a "can't pair" message. I've tried this like 15 times, both parked in my driveway and away from home. Does anyone know if Kennwood DNX HUs have a reputation Bluetooth connectivity problems? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Got it to work! Turned Bluetooth off on my phone, then turned it off on the HU, then turned each back on, and it worked. That was strange.
