Bluetooth Adapter Add-On

Hi everyone!

I just upgraded my stock car stereo for a JVC.

Reading the manual, I saw there were plenty off add-ons available for the brand, however, $200 seemed to much for a bluetooth adapter.

However, I have a front USB port, and recently saw in some newer models included a bluetooth USB adapter, so my main question is:

Plugging a USB adapter into the front of my car stereo would make it work?

Second:

Are there other easy or cheap compatible options? (including bluetooth or satellite radio)
