yes, but they aren't warrantyed for car audio abuse.... whatever that is.

I looked a bit online and see instead of high power when you start your car it provides lower power for a longer time. also it says the battery should be discharged (by running acc or what not from a boat or rv) and then charged again... not sure if anything would be affected or not.
