4513.13 Cowl, fender, and back-up lights.
(A) Any motor vehicle may be equipped with cowl or fender lights which shall emit a white or amber light without glare.

Any motor vehicle may be equipped with lights on each side thereof which shall emit a white or amber light without glare.

Any motor vehicle may be equipped with back-up lights, either separately or in combination with another light. No back-up lights shall be continuously lighted when the motor vehicle is in forward motion.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

can you find a law that says the same thats not from 2004? i see that shit all the time. the only thing cops care about here are red/blue in the headlights or anything flashing while driving

well guys, i checked how it looked at nighttime, and it looked like gay sh1t. Im just gonna make it so they light up the grill of the car instead.

I was the first person in Texas to have purple neon under their car in 1991. I was pulled over some 20+ times for it, cited multiple times for it and went to court over it so many times that the District Attorney knew me by first name. My argument was simple in court....and being an Optics major in college was handy since I told them that, and suggested that light comming from my vehicle was simply a reflection of light and not a direct source. I also argued that if McDonalds has a big "M" sign that illuminates the ground next to it while I drive by the store at night that it should be ticketed as well.

I won every time.
