ok my ? is i have blown 2 sets of tweets my gain on my amp is 1/2 way it is a zapco i-force i2100 100x2 wrms my comp set is cadence 100wrms could i be over powering them still with this amp

what set of comps? ya, cadence, but what model? being 5.5 comps, they may be not as beefy as you need. i would eithe upgrade the crossover or the tweeter.

I had some PG TI Elite comps and went thru a few tweeters, got a set of boston tweets now. same amp, same xover, no problems. And these see 200 watts
