I just called and was like this guy on ebay ripped me off, he said it was new in box and had the warranty but it didnt. I just told him it started to rattle at high volumes after a while (ie voice voil blown). The guy said I will give you one time coverage if you ship it to us.. and then gave me his name and reference number. They definitely ask for it when they make such a frail sub.
