blown midbass cause cancelation with sub

my midbass speakers in the front have blown VC or something, they still play but make this really stupid noise like they a distorting like crazy, is there any way this can cause some cancelation or something cause it seems that like whenever i get out of my car and my system is still on, all i can hear is that stupid noise from the midbass speakers, so can they cause any cancelation?
