Blown 15 RE SEXXX ?? HELP !! HELP !! HELP !!

I have a RE SEXXX for about 4 months now and the original owner before me had it for probably 4 months or so too. And yesterday I was bumping some music while washing the car, for about say a good 45 minutes more or less. And after i finished the wash i turned off the volume to hear my sub like hissing and like still bumping a little a very low thump every once in a while. And it still does that with the radio off and all that so what is up with the sub ? Is it blown ? I can still play bump music but i can hear the hiss or the static and random thumps in between beats. THIS IS KILLING ME HELP PLEASE !

Couldve just loosened a wire somewhere, does the sub stink? Did it smoke? Check your RCAs and the ground.

Turn your radio completely off, see if there is noise, if there is your amp isn't turning off as it should.

sounds like an amp problem to me. i agree with nismos. if it is making noise with the h/u off then you could have two problems. one is a remote issue, the other could be internal to the amp.
