if you blew cvrs w/ 300 watts rms then you must have been clipping the hell out of the amp.

I didn't set the amp. It is still at factory setting. And tot he guy who said my gain is up to high, it is almost off.

So I guess its everyones mission to be a dick to someone who is relatively new to this. So this is how car audio people are. Anyways how about just one 18" like the Audioque HDC3? Oh I forgot to mention what amp I am running. I am running a Hifonics BXI20008D.

run the hdc3 at 1 ohm and do some electrical upgrades. also, pay someone who knows how to set up the amp since you obviously cant

Its not that I cant set the amp, it is in a spot in the trunk where I cant get to the controls because of the stupid installer who did my system. Also I took the subs out and they were wired in parallel. So they were getting way to much power.

Ok how about this 2 SDC2.5 15's and the AQ1200D? Does this sound like a good match? I don't have the money to spend on the HDC's.

go to another shop if they wired ur shit the wrong way, or take it back and be like wtf

They said that they wired it correctly and that won't give me money back or anything. They are getting a bbb rating from me. So that setup will and should be fine. I don't want to have to go buy another system for a while after this next purchase lol.
