subsonic filter? Bass boost is a no-no unless you've got some subs that can take that kind of abuse - and Pioneer's arent those subs.
You've probably got it ported too, right? That's almost a quad fail.

They are 2 Pioneer Premier Pro 10's. (800 RMS each) (4 ohm DVC)

So i was running them at 4 Ohms.

The Zx2500 puts out 1250 RMS @ 4 ohms ?! or somewhere around there.

625 RMS a piece. Underpowered.
