does anyone have max dimensions on a new style blazer and if so can someone design me a box for 4 18s.

I hope you dont plan on keeping you back seats, do you? You need 4 of these box's...



Thats 7 cuft, so image 4 times that.

With the above box I was still able to use the back seats. Not sure how this differs from a 4dr blazer.

37" width between rear fender wells.

4 doors have the same width and depth, but lack the same height as the 4 door rear seats are about 3" shorter

i belive 2 18s would suffice, hell i had trouble getting enuf air space for my 2 15s

u can wall in the cargo area and go between the wheel wells and easily get 12 cubes

if i got 2 18s id prolly run about 2500-3000 daily.

does anyone know the depth from hatch to seat? and how far away should the port be from the hatch?

You can do 2 18" ported in a wall behind the rear seat in a 4dr, and 2 15" as well. Forget about 4 of either if you want to keep the seats.

I just did some work on mine...

from where the box will sit to the back is 34" and in my 4dr I measured 37.5"

I have found the port does best at about 3-5" away from the hatch...

there isn't enough space in there to do 4 18's

2 18's are tight...

my buddy has 2 15's that take up a lot of space and they are tight in there with a 11 cube total box (with everything accounted for.)

4" worked well in my 98 2 door, the 4 doors seem to like the box further away

my friend is bumpin around 155 or so last i checked...

2 15 DD's and 6000w and he is doin some more work on it...

and the he did 152 street beat style..
