I work from my home, I can live anywhere, not sure how that relates to your e-shaft.

Nobody gives a shit what anybody makes here. That's why Ive been on this board for years and I doubt anybody know (or... knew) my income, or age, before this thread. Personally I was indifferent until you showed me that 'whats it to ya' attitude also. Dude calm down, I many times find myself asking if I really want to fight with someone I consider a kid still... and the answer is always to explain that, and bow out of the arguement. And I know if subs were left at my place after I graciously let a lot of people come over and do a test session and OPEN my home to storage under the impression the sub situation would be taken care of by Lloyd and I do remember it was BigBassLloyds Test Session then I wouldnt ship them out with money out of my own pocket.

Dear people arguing in the thread:

1 sub was doa, and needed a recone for the test, it was suppiled with recone parts from atomic that did not fit the motor.

2nd sub had 1 dead coil and did not make the test.

3rd sub had a broken terminal and did not make the test.

All in all, 3 subs were sent, all 3 were arrived in a condition that could not be subitted for review.

Now, i'm out of the thread.

Just setting that clear.

You are all missing one important thing: Hix willingly took possession of the subs. Therefore, that makes him responsible. What he should do is get the subs back to Lloyd and have him deal with it.

Edit: And using all those stupid *** analogies with the neighbors and stor-alls are worthless because they do not show a willing acceptance to the property, therefore they are not legally responsible. If the stor-all place KNEW they were harboring stolen property, then they would be responsible.
