Big Problem!!!! Heeeelp

I was listening to music very louuud so when I turn the volume dow it start to sound a very strange sound. I turn off the radio and sound was off. But then when I turn on the radio again at volume 0 it sounds again... It sound like piiiiiiiiiii (the strange sound).. what I have to do? why it sounds like that? NEEEEd help!!

you check all the wires? once my ground wasnt screwed down very well and it made a strange little noise also

But seriously, check you grounds on you amp, if its getting louder when you accelerate your car, that sounds like a grounding issue.

Alternator whine....

Take a Y-Adapter and take an iPod or a CD player and plug it directly to your amplifier and if the whine disappears, then the issue is in your HU's grounding.

my did the same thing. when I rolled down the windows, I heard the motor noise through the speakers and there was a noise when i would apply the break, windshield wipers, and a loud wine. the problem was my rca cables were wrapped around the ground cable. i fixed it and the wine went away and was like new!!!
