Everyone is so picky and judgmental of subs like those^ (especially on car audio XD ) , i thought that if I got a dd people would just shut up and enjoy it... I don't want to go too cheap then in a few months/years everything is blown or has no resale value :/

if you care about what "everyone" says and thinks and how judgmental they are this life and world isn't for you. people will ALWAYS talk no matter what thats just humans the quicker you learn to ignore that and just focus on the ones trying to help you the quicker you'll shut everybody up the smart way. I'm 21 and live in LA dude i know what your saying. the only way you'll go "too cheap" is if you buy pyle,boss and that kind of crap. but theres SO MANY brands you can look into, so many coming up or going away that will WOW people and keep your bank and you happy. and because something cost money doesn't mean it won't blow. a soundqubed sub will last just as long as a dd sub if they are ran right. and a dd sub will blow just as fast as a kicker if they are ran wrong. BE SMART

-yes your amp is blown from it being pushed in a way it was not designed.

-yes your sub is probably blown, forcing an amp to run at a load it's not designed for can cause premature clipping.
