big power @ .25ohm? whats out there

well i have quad .7 coils. so im looking for an amp thatll burp at .25 nominal, yet still do a good 2500-3000w @ 1ohm nominal.

as long as it does 2.5-3kW for daily drivign at .7 and take it like a champ for DAILY 12v. (since some amps are better burp with than drive daily)

suggested amps plz include current draw and power off 12v @ .25ohm and 1 ohm if you know for sure

i have a Hifonics XX-cyclops that runs fine @ .7 for extended burps it plays at .25 for a burp also... ive never dailed it so i couldnt tell yo uhow tolerant it would be @ .7daily but @ 1 ohm its fine

There really is only a few amps that can do what your ask, and of course im assuming the .25 is for burps only, daily is a bit unreasonable for that impedience load even if you do have a stupid high natural impedience rise.

Im thinkn VFL, Adassa Warrior, Atomic, IA, Fusion .... Really anything in the class size and similar motherboards. It may prove easier on you and your setup if you do two amps instead of just one with all the features you require. You're gonna need a hell of an electrical system either way though.

my 1st gen AT will not go below .5 the second gen AT will do .35 for burps i dont know for sure if itll do any lower cause i have no subs with lower impendances.

ive heard 20.1's can maybe take that .25ohm daily....iirc rc did .35ohms daily with his.....just current hogs...anyone remember what the 20.1 benched at .25 ohm ( .175 ohm dcr) i recall it doing maybe 2000w at .7ohm dcr...but i need that other 500 watts for daily //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
