Big box design

Hey all im planning on getting a set of AQ SDC2.5s whenever i sell my paintball gun, so i went ahead and started planning design of the box and costs. I drew a sketchup of what i want and just need some confirmation. Do my numbers work out pretty well? The port is 10" diameter and 9.7" long (hopefully flared) and those specs. in the pics are inside.

Also, those two transparent things on the port side are there for plexiglass. Does anyone see any problem with putting those two windows in there for some cool effect? The plexi would be 3/4" thick. This box is shown without bracing but i do plan on doing it with some rods. Should be around 8.5 Cubes after all displacements. Thanks for looking! Lemme know what you think!

edit: I didnt see those were internal dims:crap:

i got 8.8 cubes at 38 hz with 1 9 long port

u dont have enough depth for a 12" port and 40hz tuning.

Yep sorry I was in the middle of confirming that with ya lol. Sorry I meant to put in there i was trying to be around 37 Hz with the 9.7" long port flared. What do you mean i dont have room for a 12" Diameter port? If i did a 12" to be at 47 Hz i would need it to be around 14.25" long wouldn't i?

yea and you have to have the port 12" away from the back or it will tune ur box lower than u want. u can do 2 8" ports which is what i would do. they would be 14" long for 40hz

I'm looking to get as close to 38Hz as i can. How does this look? And whats the average 15" sub displacement? I'm sure i'll be close to 8 cubes after displacements, supports, and everything. Thanks
