I just don't feel right using welding wire it may work fine but just want everything done right and not have to replace it for a while. I looked at the kicker 0 wag is it good wire?

2/0 welding wire is better then any type of wire you could use. Think about it. Welding wire is capable of holding 600volts. without getting hot or melting. O guage wire like kicker rockford fosegate and other brands can not handle that kinda of voltage. If wire incorrectly it will melt and cause other things in your car to get hot also. With welding wire you have no worries especially since you are using it as the big 3 ground wires.

kicker wire and rockford wire is great and good spec size but the price of either one of those is high.

Check out Airgas.com - Gas, Welding, Safety Supply. see if there's one near you that's where I got my welding cable from it was cheap.

minimum of 25 ft rolls thats what I bought it was $50

Local welding supply or marine/RV is a good supply for heavy gauge wire. Welding wire is designed to be flexible, drug across floors, etc....durable stuff. Most welding wire is OFC instead of some type of plated aluminum (Knu and others lower lines of wire).

buy 10 feet . thats usually more than enough

That's what I did--got it from Airgas for about 2.50/ft for 1 guage. Now I just need some battery rings.

for the wire ? i have lugs lol. battery post-no
