Big 3 upgrade on 03 Dodge Stratus

Hi, I want to do the big 3 upgrade on my 03 stratus, which has the battery located in front of the left front wheel, and is not accesible from under the hood, you access a remote battery connection instead.... if you want to access the battery you have to raise the vehicle, remove the left front wheel, take out the splash shield and then you can find it...

the guy who did my amp wiring connected it from the remote battery connection, and I am having light dimming problems... my question is: Do i also replace the cables going from the battery to the remote battery connection or just the ones starting at the remote battery connection????

I have a 400RMS (1000MAX) ampl wired with 8 aug wire....should I use 8 or 4 gauge wire for the big 3 upgrade????

how big are wires going from the remote?? unless they are the same GA of what you are trying to upgrade to you will need to upgrade them as well... or just go directly to the battery.

You should use 1/0 if you haven't bought it.

I have a 300M which I'm sure is a different motor, but similar setup. You do't replace any cables, you just add to them.

In mine, I had to take off the air filter to get to the battery. Pretty easy.

yea, you are gonna have to take the wheel and shit off. Add to all the stock wiring and connect your amp at the battery

done a stratus before (IMO 4 ga is plenty) go from alternator to remote start terminal, then from remote start terminal down to battery. also do all the grounds
