Big 3 Upgrade in 01 Prelude?

Hey guys! I have a slight dilema. I'm doing the big 3 upgrade in my prelude, but i ran in to a little issue. First of all the positive wire off the alt is wrapped in with other wires, and then runs over/through the engine and goes to the main fuse panel. It might not really be feasible to change that. Now there is another wire that goes from the positive battery terminal to the same fuse panel.

Ive already upgraded the stock negative that went to the transmission ground with 0 gauge. and also added another 0 gauge to the chassis of the car.

My question is...should I go from the Alt straight to the battery? now if i do go straight to the battery, does this mean i can remove the one stock wire the agoes from the battery to the fuse panel? the reason i ask is on the JL battery terminal there are only 3 holes. Currently one of the holes is for the 0 gauge going to the stereo, the other hole is for the starter wire, and the third is the wire that goes to the fuse panel.

Any help??

You do NOT replace, you ADD.

see above

Ok, but the stock ground wire i completely replaced. The stock 6 gu wire from the battery terminal to the transmission ground i completely REPLACED if you see the picture I posted. Then I ADDED another 0 Gauge from the negative battery terminal to the chassis.

The issue is that I only have 3 holes on my positive battery terminal. So How can i just ADD to the exisiting stoick wires with out actually replacing the smaller gauge stock wire with larger ga wire?

If you notice in my picture where the small red circle is, there are two 8 ga wires going to the main fuse panel. One is coming from the alt, the other from the battery. If I run a 0 gauge from the battery to the alt, then technically I dont need the wire that goes from the battery to the fuse panel

currently the yellow lines represent where the positive lines run. The blue lines represent where I would upgrade or run the new wiring. the question is if i run the blue wiring, can i eliminate the one yellow line that currently goes to the main fuse panel?
