of course 1/0 gauge wire will work. don't know what you are asking about the connecters but just get some 1/0 gauge connecters, brass or platinum or whatever and crimp them with a vice

also i usually use stinger terminals because they are split down the middle and that makes them easier to crimp with a vice.

in theory yes. there was a thread that inhumanacura and some others did where they measured their db scores after doing various electrical upgrades. i'll try to find it.
