big 3 on a mustang

I have a 1994 mustang and i am trying to do the big 3. Im not sure which wires to change because i have an alarm and i think some of the wires are for the alarm. There is a wire that goes to part of the car about where the hood comes down and then another wire goes off of that to some where under the engine that i cant see. Is this the negative to chasis and chasis to engine block wires? Does anyone have any pictures of the big three on a sn-95 mustang.
