Big 3 on a 08 subaru wrx

I am trying to put in my Big 3 kit from execution audio and I noticed something very strange. My stock alt wire doesn't go directly to the battery... it runs through this harness:







Any help would be great

doesn't matter how the factory wire is run. you are adding on top of it. just run from the alt to the battery and then the grounds to the appropriate locations as well.

yes, thats how its done anyway. your adding to the existing wire not completely replacing. clean or replace the nasty positive terminal as well. corrosion is horrible for audio products.
