First of all I'd like to ask if you guys recommend even doing the big 3 for my Audi A4 B8. Im going to be running the stock speakers and disconnecting the sub. Im going to throwing a Fi Q 12 powered by Sundown SAX-1200D in the trunk. Im going to do a run of 4Gauge wire from the battery to the amp. 10/12Gauge for the speaker.

So first off should I even worry about doing the Big 3? I already have 10ft of stinger hyperflex.

If I do install the Big 3 I need some help I'm a little intimidated by the hood of this new car. I took a few pictures but dont understand where the lines go. Ive only done the Big 3 once before on a f150. If anyone has an A4 B8 please let me know.

Some pictures under the hood.

Thanks for the help!

got a 2004 audi a4, a little nervous myself lol. just make sure you are 100% grounding to the chassis and the engine block, and that your positive cable is fully connected to your alternator. thats the only advice i can give. it doesnt matter where you run your new lines of wire as long as they are all connected properly.

Im really not to sure there the lines even come out of or go. I know how to ground properly but I cant tell whats going on with this car yet. The battery is completely hidden or something.

you can take off that top panel. it literally pulls out. after that the wires get a little easier to see. the ground i know for sure is like 4 inches away from the battery.
Is your battery centered behind the engine block under a pannel? rofl...

I know its such an awkward place for a battery... I have a picture of it opened. How do you tell which is what and how do I fit 1/0 gauge wire in there?

Took the panels off to get better pictures. I have absolutely no clue where to hook onto the alternator. And I still havent found the battery... but I think I found positive and negative docks. What you guys think?

Found out how to disconnect the sub. My question is will I get my full output but running the RCA from my new sub amp to the old speaker wire for the sub? This would route it back to the factory sub then to to stock head unit. This seems the easiest way but wasnt sure if I was going to have volume control problems or whatever.
