Big 3 BIG PROBLEM (or maybe not)

I am uploading pictures of this as well. I am preparing to do the upgrade, but the wiring in the front of my truck is a bit extreme in my opinion. What you are seeing is the fusebox for my 2007 chevy trailblazer. The 2 bolts with the 3 wires is the junction between the fuses and the battery. At that junction there is also a 125 fuse. The red wires are the hot ones from the alternator and the battery. The blue cord is the current amp I had installed professionally in November before my current desire to add another amp for a sub. What's the best way to do this wiring, and will I have to do something about that 125 watt fuse that is coming from the battery? Or can I do the big 3 upgrade, and just run the power wire (1/0) for the amps directly off the battery?I'll be pulling 1100 watts RMS total for my audio.

I found the inserts and terminals for the other wires, and see that the ground for the alternator and the battery is in the same place (black wire to the left in the 3rd picture). Is this ok for the upgrade?
