Biden: Wealthy Americans Must Pay More Taxes to Show Patriotism

Yep. Because it's not all just black and white like you and your kind try to say it is. Some people DO NOT get the opportunities to be successful. Some people did NOT have a rich household and get to go to the best schools and then go to college and earn a degree. Some people actually have families at a young age and have to raise their families and can't go to college.
Simply put. These people who take advantage were better off to begin with. They were MORE fortunate. NOT better people. I'm not talking about the people that sit around and don't want to do anything. I'm talking about blue collar hard working people that were less fortunate growing up in less than ideal circumstances.

You're talking like an elitist. You seem way out of touch. Maybe you should think about things before you post.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

You are the problem.

where is your evidence that I am wrong, if my numbers are wrong it is because the websites are wrong then...
gasbuddy.com for gas prices

http://www.gasbuddy.com/GB_Price_List.aspx

salary.com for wage of workers

http://salary.com/

nebraska government website re: electricty

http://www.neo.ne.gov/statshtml/115.htm

not making up numbers...everything that I have posted is per websites...come on man, don't even start to talk about my intelligence...thats pathetic even for someone from tulsa...

cigarettes was an example of something I noticed had a huge price difference between states...thats all!!!!

and if you go to college, please learn to read, i used 1ltr mtn dew as an example,

I was basically using the big mac index by showing the cost of a simple item cost in different states like the big mac index which measures simple items purchsed with different currencies...So now what???

salary.com is not a good site.

Use the bls.

Then why are you chiming in dumbass.?? I already said that if you make more then you pay more taxes. What part of that didn't you understand *******.?? You fuckin people are so out of touch.
Why should the people who use the services provided by government the least pay the most?

Schools in urban areas almost always get more funding than suburban areas because they need it more. Students screw up the schools. Putting more money into the school wont do jack. The parents need to do a better job of parenting.
So you're saying when a school doesn't have anywhere near the variety of classes offered, technological resources, or quality of teachers as others in more wealthy areas, its because of students? What are the schools just keeping all of this extra money for themselves?

Plus, schools with lower standardized test grades receive less funding, which is another thing that only helps to widen the gap. Schools who are falling behind the required scores, teach their kids primarily just so they can pass the tests, so that the schools/teachers wont get pay cuts and layoffs. I dont know if you've experienced both sides, but there is an infinite difference between learning how to pass a test and actually learning about a subject. Meanwhile, the schools who are well above the curve receive extra funding which only helps them to improve their resources/teaching staff even more.

Sorry bananaballs(?) i didn't see your post

You're fuck an A right it's fair. If you make more money you pay more taxes. Thats why they call it INCOME TAX. Fuckin elitists think everything should revolve around them and their money. BTW, Obama's plan is to put the taxes for the rich back where they were when Clinton was in office. But NOT for the working class.
Not a valid argument.

If we all paid the same percentage accross the board, the rich would pay a higher amount simply because they earn more.

Forcing them to pay an even higher percentage not fiar at all.

Most people that side on the argument of increasing the taxes of the wealthy are angry, bitter, jealous and will never know what it is like to be in the shoes of the wealthy.

Retarded argument at best...

Have you ever heard of a concept called "Demand for services"?
I understand demand of services, I was told that blue collar jobs had very little difference in pay accross the country...I was just making my point that there is a large difference in the wage accross the country for the same job...

In the real world, people pay for performance. Why should school be any different?

Please tell us why anybody should pay a higher percentage of their earning than you should bright boy?

It's the nature of the tax code jackass. It's the way things should be. No class of people need to have all the wealth. PERIOD. If you can't comprehend it then don't post about it.

By the way, what's wrong with going to church? How is that an insult?
First of all, it wasn't directed at you? So it's not really any of your business. But I will go ahead and explain. He's a bible thumper and thinks our laws should be based on HIS religious beliefs. This comes from a different thread where he made this quite clear. So I say FUCK HIM and ANYONE that thinks like he does.

You sound poor.

And I didn't comment on it because your example had different results than mine....although I would use the BLS and not salary.com.

My family was born poor, lived poor. 5 kids. My dad was (is) a Kmart shoe dept. manager his whole life. Mom didn't work. She raised all 5 of us. My oldest bro is an optometrist, my older sister is a manager at the local DSHS, I'm an engineer, my younger bro got a business degree but never was good in school so didn't really do anything with it, my youngest brother is graduating from a PRIVATE university with a teaching degree this year.

All of us got financial aid. We made good choices. We knew what we wanted so we didn't do stupid stuff. Keep your dick in your pants, you wont have a family at a young age and will be able to go to college. You don't need to be from a good school to go to college. You get free money from the govt to go to college.

If you didn't/weren't able to go to college, it's your fault. The govt can't hold your hand your whole life. You have to take responsibility for your own actions. Everybody has the same chance. Just cause your poor doesn't mean you have to stay that way. That's horse crap!

You sound poor.
He sounds like the type that spent his youth "being young and having fun" while other people were studying. While he was at parties getting hammered, I was in the computer lab studying...while he was running game on hoes to get laid, I was networking with professors.
