can anyone tell me what it means to bi amp? how does it work? my components say that i can do it but does it matter if i do or dont?

it just means you can power the tweeter and mids separately

what component set? some sets let you run two channels to each passive crossover. like fasfocus00 said one will feed the tweets one will feed the mids but both will be going through the passive xover network that came with it.

well the diamond audio hex speakers with the upgrade. well i have not gotten the upgrade yet but i am planning to and i am thinking if i need another amp if i do so
