He is asking if I will take the claim off of pp because it has put a hold on his account and someone sent him money for something else he sold but cannot access the money since there is a hold on his account. He did send me a screen shot just now of the money added to his account but cant use it. He is saying in I remove the claim he can use that money to ship the subs out tomorrow. I want to believe him but idk. After a dispute on pp is close can it be re-opened ?

Yes. It's a feature when starting to list an item for sale. I think it will list 3 times automatically if item fails to sell.

I think if you take claim off you cant re-open it

Can be provide pictures of the smashed up car or something to prove his story. He has to look at it from your end of the deal. I'm not telling you what to do, but if it was me. I would not remove it, that's what bank accounts are for, money. I have a business PP account but all my loot is not In there.

do not close the dispute. it will let you know that you cannot reopen the dispute. wait unitl you get the product or money back.
