Yeah I have started the process. It made me do the resolution center or whatever it was first and then if he doesn't respond in a couple of days I can do the claim

Moved this onto a claim and told them all the info I had including the stuff about ebay so we will see what happens.

So just got a text from juanmgarza26 saying he was in an accident the and has been in the hospital the entire time and just got out today and purchased another phone because his was destroyed and that he was sorry for not being able keep in touch. He said he was not trying to scam me in any way and still has the subs. He is suppose to be shipping the subs out before the weekend and I told him after the subs are in my possession I will be more than happy to end the dispute on PayPal and say everything was resolved. So maybe everything will be good. I also asked him about the re-listment on eBay and waitin gto see what he says about that.

Oh okay, I have never put anything on eBay so did not know about that. He just text me back and said it did it automatically and he is in the process of taking it down now
