Better SQ? (ported, sealed?)

Say I'm running a 10" sub (400w amp, 300rms)....what will give better sq..a ported, sealed or maybe a bandpass ported.....i listen to mostly rock, dj music and little rap. thanx

That entirely depends on the woofer you are using...

Sealed enc's are almost always used in SQ set ups. They perform at a wider range of frequencies than ported or bandpass, and are easier to set up, but require more power and won't get quite as loud as ported.
