Better SQ? (ported, sealed?)

That entirely depends on the woofer you are using...

 
Sealed enc's are almost always used in SQ set ups. They perform at a wider range of frequencies than ported or bandpass, and are easier to set up, but require more power and won't get quite as loud as ported.
