Better amp for mono: The new JL a1400 or a RF T500-2 bridged

I have decided on one of three amps, but I'll start with these two. Pros? Cons? Running an Infinity Perfect DVQ w/RMS of 400.

very comparable performance wise.

The JL will probably less current from your charging system, but not enough to make a significant difference.

I would lean class D, but that's due mainly to personal preference, and the fact that I'm guessing you can find the JL cheaper if you're buying new.
