If you are lucky you can get an Alpine for about $65 and I think an Infinity for $50. They are last years models and sold pretty quick around here for that price. The one you speak of is pretty availible in all parts of the US.

Is it good? As long as it lasts it works well. Just no telling how long that might be.

I got an Alpine a spoke about for $65 and put it in my wifes car. I would have settled for the Insignia though. (for her car) I have a classic red orion in mine

Best Buy also has a great deal at some stores for a computer/home theater projector. It is more for multimedia and retails for $800. Some stores are selling it out at about $250. If anyone cares to have the model number let me know and I will get it to you.

when i read stuff like this i realize just how spoiled i am when it comes to where i live and the convenience of shopping. friday i went to three different best buys looking for a laptop in a matter of an hour. and there were still two more in the area i could of went to. lol ive got 4 malls within a 20 mile radius. i remember going to visit my cousins in rural tennessee. going to the mall was an entire day thing since it took 2 hours to drive there and 2 hours back! sorry to go off tangent as i dont know much about amp internals just wanted to share about there not being a best buy in the area ha ha

Nothing but a radio shack where I live.

I can drive 45 minutes and get to a small, small mall. Then the usual chain stores, but no best buy.
