plywood !! birch oak baltic ect any hardwood plywood is better than mdf and lighter as well.

ummm, you can snap mdf in half. can you snap sheet metal in half? and weld it instead of rivets

betwen 50-60 a sheet good mdf is closer to 90-110 lbs a sheet
