best wiring method

I have a 2012 Honda civic Si with a Nav head unit. I recently purchased two Audison amps (SR1DK & SR4). AS per the attached sketch CarStereo.pdf I have 4 speaker outputs from the head unit which I wired to the speaker inputs on the SR4 and then wired the outputs directly to the speakers. First problem is the system has very low volume. Second problem is I have no more outputs available for the SR1DK which drives the subs. How do I split the outputs or is there a better way using the pre-in and pre-outs on the amps?

For your first problem, can you just turn up the gain on the amp for the speaker? If you can't you might have to fiddle around with the headunit settings or get a piece of equipment between the headunit and the amp that will boost the signal. Foor the second problem, are you able to post a picture detailing how your system is set up? amp models, speaker models, and wires will be all i need to see, just draw it in ms paint or something, as long as i can understand whats going on.

digital sound processor or a 6 channel Line output convertor. Google either up.

should not be anywhere near full. whats the max volume on the head unit and where are you at currently?
