I have a P.A. Amp 2 Channel (800 x1 4ohm| 370 x2 rms 2-4 ohm)

Alpine Type X dual 4 ohm 1000rms (500 each coil)

I dont know how to do all the correct ohm wiring and all so i want to ask so i dont blow this sub like my last one. How should i wire it?

Should I use either of these?

monoblock? not looking for anything expensive. and why would i need it?

and twis, like the diagram i got up there or a different way?

Having one channel does not make the amp more expensive. To me, it's easier to wire into what ohm load you want, instead of bridging and all of that (in your case with 1 sub)

ok so, the amp has 2 channels, 4 termanals ill call them. The end 2 terminals are used to bridge, so your saying take one end terminal and wire it to one voice coil and the same for the other terminal?

Alright, well i dont get it then haha, sry. if i use all 4 then each voice coil on the sub is only getting 370/the 500 it can handle. is that what your planning or am i wrong.

Yes, one channel per voice coil. Each coil gets 370wrms. That's the most you'll get from that amp, since it doesn't say you can bridge it with a 2-ohm load.
