Best way to ship to Canada?

How do we get a TN to put in the Canadian's Posts Website when shipping? USPS does not offer a real TN.
Whatever they give you use. I don't have any USPS tracking numbers on me, but I think they are like 10 numbers or something. Just go into CP website, click Personal, then you'll see on your left hand side to enter a tracking number. This is what a USPS tracking numbers looks like.

CP67 0456 698U S (not sure about the spacing)

 
UPS is awful.

I like Purolator, personally. I've never been hit w/ brokerage fees, it's always fast, always gets to me in one piece, and has decent tracking.

USPS/Canada Post would be my 2nd choice.
