Best way to seal a sub box?

Just finished my sub box in MDF, what is the best way to seal the seams? Wood glue or Silicon? Currently, each panel is held together with wood glue and screws.

Put some cooking oil on your finger before you apply it. It really helps keep it off and make a nice smooth even bead.

Some choose to use latex but I always use oil. Lube before protection.

titebond 2 or gorilla glue if the cuts are a little off.

lol, I swear I thought the thread title was "Best way to STEAL a sub box?" lol....

...but yea, I just used bathroom silicone and cut the tip at a 45 degree angle so as its comin out its being forced into the corner...
