Transfer function...

Well I just want to know, excluding the car, what the curve is. Obviously there's a function out there for it since WinISD does input, ouput based on the T/S of the driver and enclosure without any knowledge of the car.

What are vou talking about? A response plot? WinISD and all the other programs that plot a freq response plot output for a given setup and output based on input power, T/S parameters and enclosure. If you search on the web you should be able to find the equations used.

Transfer function as used in car audio is the interaction of the vehicle and the sub system that results in a oost of the low frequencies because of the small room environment of the car and the fact that the subs pressurize the cabin as if it were another part of the sub enclosure. As I said, it is dependant on frequency in question and the vehicle.
