Sawzall or, if you dont want to go that route, most auto parts stores have an exhaust cutter as a loaner tool.

Yeah I think that looks like my best option, as I dont have much room to work with, even if I had a sawsall I dont know if I could get it as exact as I need it.

Thats when I've used them, when I dont have that much room.

Every link on the chain has a cutting wheel on it and as you are cutting through you just hook onto the link to apply more pressure. Kind of like a copper pipe cutter but with a chain. Takes under five minutes start to finish.
