Best way to judge air space???

Ya, I am guessing my box to be like 3.5 - 5 ft^3... then again, I dunno how to tell.

It's 44W x 16H x 14D. But there are bends and what not that are gonna be in there.

put a black glad bag in your box and fill it with water ...measure your box in litersmake sure the water is luke warm...not cold...cold water will make the bag sweat

or condensate
x2... water is pry the best, most efficient way to accurately determine the air space in the enclosure in that there are no separate grains/pieces in a liquid other than the tiny molecules that compose it... just take the extra time bagging it up if you want to be accurate, if not... resort to packing peanuts or another suitable option already stated.

Mer..... but I got a lot of bracing inside the box, and I can't put a bag in there.

Can someone help me finding how much air space before displacement would be in a 44 x 14 x 16 inch box. I figured my box out to be pretty much a complete square box. and when I did the guestimating I came up with like 8.7 ft^3.

I hope this isn't right. :-\

Ya those are the internal dimensions.

****. Now I have to block a portion of it off.

How about a 28 x 14 x 16 inch box?

I want to get this thing done.......... lol
