Best way to hook up my new amps.

I've got 2 crossfire CFA202 amps for my front speakers which are Alpine type-x seperates.

I could do one amp for mids and one for tweets or bridge one for the left and one for the right. Which route should I take and why?

This is my daily driver and purely for my listening enjoyment not loudness or competition. I have my other car with zapcos for that.

Wouldn't I be better off with the two amps over one? More power to the alpines which are very power hungry. I need it to be able to keep up with my 2 10" type -x subs that have 1000watts rms on each of them (I have 2 jbl 1200.1 installed).

i honestly know nothing of those amps, but i think it would be hard tring to match the gains to get them to sound right.
If I set the gains the same on both amps wouldn't they match volume-wise? Or is this something that people have had a problem with? I see setups all the time where the tweeters have their own amp.

one of those should be fine for your tweeters. i would feed the mids more than 50 x 2. if you absolutely want to run both amps try not to set the gains to high on the one for the tweeters.

If you think the 50 x 2 is not enough for the mids then couldn't I bridge each side for 100 watts going into the mid and tweet?

You would still end up with 50 watts to the mid when bridgeing it mono to each side.

As suggested, use one for each and gain the tweets a little lower then the mids.
