Best way to control 2 amps with 1 remote level control?

So I'd like to control 2 sub amps (same model NVX amps) with one of the remote level controls that comes with the amps.

Is this doable with some kind of splitter? Or would I have to buy something like Rockford Fosgate's PEQX3?

Are the amps strapable? If so the master amp will control... But one thing about strapping a amp if one blows it's going to take out the other amp with it... But if you gain match and a amp blows up only one amp dies. Just something to think about and why I never strap amps

No, I'm pretty sure they aren't.

A lot of people use telephone line splitters ...if your remote uses the phone cord style plug...RJ11 i think the plugs are called ..You plug the phone splitter into the amp ...run bass control cord to one side come out other side with a short phone cord from splitter to slave amp...check your jumper cord and make sure it has the same number of wires...some only use 2 wires instead of 4 but the same plug...Then make sure your amp gains are set matching ...you can do this with a basic clamp meter ...I hope this helps ...

I'm pretty sure I have a phone line splitter around the house I'll try it out, thanks

not sure how id feel about that telephone cable split, how hard is it to set your gain on the amps the same and then use an inline RCA gain knob to a y splitter to two amps..

I did consider that option but it seems to be another thing in line that might diminish the signal. But I just don't know difference. Why is the EFX RCL a better idea?
The lc1 caused a lot of distortion and noise. Plus had a dead spot at 15% and 75%.

The efx is perfect. Plus it has a 1/2 way stop so its really easy to tell how much you have it up.
