Best way to connect ipod to HU?

Ok so I want to have a huge debate on connecting your iPod to your HU...I have a stock HU so for people like me we want a semi easy way to connect our i pods to the HU with good SQ....So tell me, what do you use?

IMO your better off buying a newer hu, but its really up to you.

I was thinking about a new HU but its really pricey but i guess worth it in the long run but i remember seeing this adapter on crutchfield that you plug into your 6cd changer and it gives you really good SQ for your ipod but it said it wouldnt fit my car? I was also thinking about hooking it up directly to the antenna wire?

I use the iSimple IS77 in a a lot of my friends cars. Goes for like $40 on ebay and connects to the antenna wire (proper antenna and reverse antenna adapters may be necessary). Not the best, but for the price, at least it's a reliable connection. SQ doesn't compare to an aftermarket deck via USB, but not poor either.

What about the DICE Duo BMW iPod / iPhone / Sirius Satellite Radio Integration Kit? Good SQ? seems easy to install
