I am about to start doing mine, for all the searching on the forums I have been doing it looks like the best way is to wrap the box all the way around, glueing them one panel at a time, then to fold the side over like a present and cut on the seems with a really sharp razor blade. Knowing this know it looks like the best way is to cut a lip with a rabbitting bit during construction to making carpeting easy, I will do this next time.

3m all purpose (or multi purpose, not sure) spray glue, comes in a red and black can...the best i have found yet.
