Best way for Volume of Fiberglass Box

Hey all, I have my fiberglass box completed, minus the port, which I will cut into the box after I find out the volume, but what I wanted to know was, whats the most accurate way of measuring the volume?

Im assuming it would be water to get the liters, and converting it that way....

Ive heard of using packing peanuts, bu I would think this is less accurate?

then put a garbage bag in it, fill it with water and then syphoon(sp) into a bucket oir something and measure the volume it displaces
