Best tv headunit with great sq tuning options for lowest $$$

I'M looking for a tv unit flip out or double din that has good sq tuning ability like the abiltiy to adjust the bass on the inside speakers and the subs seperatly an option to increase high notes out of comps stuff like that for the lowest privce possible I saw a higher end pioneer double din tht looked ok I think it was the p 55000 or something I don't remember it was around 550 I think
