I want to put a system into my truck and want to spend from 500 to 1000 dollars...but i am kinda new and im not sure what to get. i want to put in good subs, and overall i want clean and loud sound. should i get 2 - 2 channel amps or 1 multi-channel amp? and then have another amp for the subs? and then which speakers would be best with the amps? please help me out

Thanks

There is no "best system possible". I'd get something like a Kicker Comp, an RE RE 12", an Alpine Type-R, something like that. Then depending on what you want (SQ or SPL) seal it or port it. Porting might be difficult if it's going in a truck because odds are the box is gonna be larger. As far as speakers go, you probably have four in that truck...I would get a nice pair of coaxs for the front, and keep the ones in the back. Grab a JL 300/4...amp the fronts with 75W a piece, bridge the other two channels to deliver 150W to your sub. You gotta realize there's 66billion combinations...you need to research and find out what you want, what you like, what fits your truck, what fits your budget, and go from there. Remember, think twice, buy once.
