Shipping To Canada???!?!

does anyone out there know if there is any costs for the person receiving the package in Canada after the item is paid for and shipped from the States

i am asking this because i am getting two subs shipped on USPS from the states, here to alberta, and i was wondering, once i pay the guy for the subs will i have to pay more to get the subs from the delivery company?

boarder costs or something

Yes there will be. Probably a $5 handling fee and taxes on what ever they put the value as. Sometimes you can catch a break and not have to pay anything.

The sender should put the shipment down as a gift on the customs form when he ships to you. That way, there won't be any fees/taxes ^^

lol ya that sounds more right.. because i have recieved stuff from out of the country and never had to pay for anything.. maybe thats because its informed as a gift.. i will try to make sure that my shippers know its a gift
